Abstract： Experiment was conducted to screen the best proliferation effect of the 'Gisela 6' micropropagation， aiming to address phenomenon of excessive proliferation in 'Gisela 6′ micropropagation. Different hormone concentration ratios were set up for the proliferation medium to explore the appropriate reduction of proliferation efficiency and improvement of the output of rooted seedlings. The experiment shows that the hormone concentration ratio of 6-BA 0.125mg/L and IBA 0.08mg/L isthebest.Thisratio maintainsa high proliferation efficiencyof'Gisela 6′ micropropagation while greatly improving the conversion effciency from prolifer seedlings to rooted seedlings.
