Optimization of Ozone Degradation Process for Vomiting Toxin in Wheat

Abstract: The effects of ozone concentration, ozone treatment time and wheat moisture content on the degradation of vomit toxin in wheat were analyzed by single factor, and the process parameters of ozone degradation of vomit toxin in wheat were optimized by orthogonal test.
