高职院校教学档案管理存在的问题及对策

摘 要：简述了高职院校教学档案管理的重要性，从提高档案管理意识、实现档案信息化的规范管理、加强档案管理队伍建设等方面，分析了教学档案建设和管理存在的问题，并提出了相应的对策。

Abstract：It briefly described the importance of teaching archives management in higher vocational colleges，and analyzes the problems in the construction and management of teaching archives in colleges and universities from the aspects of improving the awareness of teaching archives management，realizing the standardized management of teaching archives information，and doing a good job in the construction of teaching archives management team，and proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
