机柜脉动式柔性装调生产线技术研究

摘  要:随着脉动装配生产线在航空航天领域的广泛应用,对产品的部装、总装环节的生产周期压缩、产能提升方面作用显著。该文针对航天装备机柜产品任务特点,结合现有工艺布局,对生产单元进行优化配置。通过生产计划系统构建、关键装备设计,对机柜脉动式柔性装调生产线技术开展研究,缩短生产作业周期。

Abstract: With the widespread application of pulsating assembly production lines in the aerospace field, they have a significant role in reducing the production cycle and improving production capacity in the partial assembly and final assembly processes of products. This paper optimizes the configuration of production units based on the mission characteristics of aerospace equipment cabinet products and combines the existing process layout. Through the construction of a production planning system and the design of key equipment, research was carried out on the technology of a pulse flexible assembly and adjustment production line for cabinets to shorten the production operation cycle.
