同步工程在整车总装工艺开发中的应用

摘  要：现在汽车的设计与制造同步工程早已经融为一体。同步工程已经成为缩短产品开发周期，提升产品质量，降低成本的有效手段。文章结合总装工艺同步工程的实际情况，给出评审过程中需要关注的重点内容和同步工程需要的交付物，同时寄希望于参与人员以正确的思路方法进行同步工程，确保项目顺利进行。

Abstract： At present， the synchronous engineering of automobile design and manufacturing has long been integrated. Synchronous engineering has become an effective means to shorten the product development cycle， improve product quality and reduce costs. According to the actual situation of the final assembly process synchronization project， this paper gives the key contents that need to be paid attention to in the review process and the deliverables needed for the synchronization project， and hopes that the participants will carry out the synchronization project in a correct way to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
