地铁车辆防爬器设计及试验验证

摘  要:针对地铁车辆防爬器的要求进行分析,根据要求进行刨削式防爬器的设计,然后对刨削式防爬器的设计进行有限元验证,然后对生产出的实物进行纵向碰撞试验和垂直加载试验。通过有限元验证和试验验证,证明设计的有效性。防爬器的设计及验证流程可为后续设计提供参考思路。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the requirements of the anti climbing device of metro vehicles, designs the planed anti climbing device according to the requirements, verifies the design of the planed anti climbing device by finite element method, and then carries out the longitudinal collision test and vertical loading test on the produced object. The validity of the design is verified by finite element analysis and experiment. The design and verification process of anti climbing device can provide reference for the subsequent design.
