摘  要：跨河桥梁是重要的渡河建筑物，桥梁跨越河流，会侵占行洪面积，改变局部流态，对河道行洪以及两岸堤防安全带来影响。为此，需要对桥梁防洪影响进行评价予以高度重视。文章主要就对天水市秦州区罗峪河人行桥工程防洪影响进行评价分析。

Abstract： The river crossing bridge is an important river crossing structure. When the bridge crosses the river， it will occupy the flood discharge area， change the local flow pattern， and affect the flood discharge of the river and the safety of embankments on both sides. Therefore， it is necessary to evaluate the impact of bridge flood control and attach great importance to it. This paper mainly evaluates and analyzes the flood control impact of Luoyu River pedestrian bridge project in Qinzhou District of Tianshui City.
