Abstract:Associalrobotscontinue todevelopandChatGPTbecomes more widelyused insocietyacademic interest, particularlyinthefieldfducation,hasbeensteadilyicreasingHowever,urrentresearchmainlyfocusesontchical aspectsand social impacts,with alack of in-depth explorationofthe characteristicsof human-machine interaction and user psychology.This paper,based on the CASA(Computers as Social Actors)theory and its extended framework,uses semi-structured in-depth interviews to examine the interaction characteristics betweenstudents and ChatGPT,and compares them with teacher-student interactions.Research shows that the interaction mode betweenstudentsandchatbotismoreequal,butitislikelytoshapenegative psychology.Compared withteacher-student interaction,human-computer interaction is moreobjective display and single textcommunication.The studyaims toprovideempirical supportfor thedevelopmentofhuman-machine interaction theory,whilealsoofering insights and guidance for intelligent education in the digital age.
