Analysis of Cooperation Networks in Chinese Computational Communication Studies （2009-2020）

Abstract： Computational communication has gained significant traction as a research focus within the field of communicationstudies inrecent years.This studyconductsanempiricalanalysisof iteraturedatafromtheChina National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）and appliesnetwork analysis tosystematically examineacorpus of highly cited Chinese communication studies papers （N=36，20）as wellaspapers specificallyrelated tocomputational communication （2号 （N=2，009 ）.Throughananalysisof theglobal structure，communityclustering，andnodecharacteristicsof theacademic collborationnetwork，thisresearch investigates theevolutionofcomputationalcommunicationstudies inChinaduring the periodbetween2009and2020.Itfurthercompares thecolaborativepattemsofthis emergingsub-fieldwiththoseof the broader jourmalismandcommunicationdiscipline.Byintegratingquantitativemeasuresofnetwork topologyandnodetributes， thisstudyclarifiesthedynamicpattemsandevolutionarylogicofscholarlycollaboration，therebyprovidingempiricalevidence forcomprehending the emergence and development ofcomputational communication in the Chinese context.
