Abstract:In the context of global warming, extreme weather disasters combined with high temperature anddroughtoccur frequently,which graduallybecome the mainabiotic stress factorsin corn production,and have seriouslyaffectedthegrowth,developmentandyieldofcorn. Themorphological,structural and developmental characteristics ofmaizevegetative organs(root,stem,leaf)and reproductive organs(female spikes and male spikes)and thechanges ofmaize yield under the combined stressof
high temperatureand drought were reviewed.Theresearch progressonmaize responses to combined heat and drought stress hadbeensystematicallelucidatedfromtheaspectofphysiological functions includingphotosyntheticfluorescence,antioxidantsystems,andendogenous hormones,aswellasfromthe perspectiveof molecularregulation.It is proposedthat future research should integrate multiple omics technologies to systematicallyreveal the mechanism of maize response to combined stressof high temperatureanddroughtfromtheaspects of genes,functional proteins,metabolites totraits,soastomprove the toleranceofmaizetocombinedstress of high temperatureanddrought,ndachieveagricultural disasterreductionandefficiencyenhancement.

近年来,随着全球气候持续变暖,极端干热天气的发生频率、强度和持续时间在不断增加[1-3],高温干旱复合胁迫将成为农业生态系统普遍发生的非生物胁迫因素[4-5]。(剩余21178字)
