生物炭配施木霉菌剂对大豆根际土壤养分含量、酶活性及大豆农艺性状的影响

Abstract:Thecontinuous cropping patern of soybeans can lead to the deterioration of soil physical and chemical propertiesandadecrease insoil enzyme activity.Toalleviate thecontinuous cropping obstacleandenhance soybeanproductivity,inthisstudy,biocharandTrichodermainoculantswereappliedtothesoil,andtheeffectsonthenutrientsandenzymeactivitiesof soybean rhizosphere soilaswellasthe agronomic traitsof soybeans were explored.Theresearchresults showed thatthe treatmentofbiochar combined with the Trichoderma harzianum inoculantandthetreatmentofbiochar combinedwiththeTrichodermavirideinoculantsignificantlyincreasedthecontentsofavailablepotassum,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogenandavailable phosphorus intherhizospheresoil,aswellastheactivitiesof urease,sucrase,catalaseandacid
phosphatase.Their effects on soil improvement and the promotion of soybean growth were generally better than those of the treatments of applying biochar alone,applying the Trichoderma harzianum inoculant alone,and applying theTrichodermavirideinoculantalone.Theresultsofredundancy analysis and correlation analysis revealed that thecontents of available potassium and alkali-hydrolyzable
nitrogen,aswell astheactivitiesofurease,sucrase,andcatalase,weresignificantlypositivelycorelatedwith theagro nomictraitsofsoybeans,andtheywerethekeysoilfactorsaffectingtheagronomictraitsofsoybeans.Thisstudyprovidesan ecological regulation measure for improving continuously cropped soil and enhancing soybean productivity.
