膨润土加入量对粘土湿型砂性能影响的研究

Abstract： In the process of sand mixing，the effect of the effective bentonite content of recycled sand on the performance of molding sand was studied with the change of sand mixing time. At the same time，with the change of bentonite supplemental amount，the influence of supplemental amount on the properties of molding sand was studied.The results show that the properties of molding sand vary with the content of available bentonite in recycled sand and the amount of bentonite added during sand mixing.The study result provides a guiding basis for determining and selecting the effective bentonitecontent of recycled sandand the adition amount of bentonite in sand mixing.

铸造用膨润土是一种主要以蒙脱石为矿物组分的非金属物质，因其黏结力和可塑性强，脱膜性和透气性好，以及湿态高温条件下化学、物理性能稳定等特点，所以在各种化学黏结材料蓬勃发展的当下，仍是不可替代的造型原料。（剩余6771字）
