结球菊苣EMS诱变技术

摘要:为创制结球菊苣新种质,本研究建立了结球菊苣EMS诱变技术体系。结果表明,在EMS浓度0.8%、处理6 h时,相对发芽率接近半致死率,诱导效果最好,种子发芽生长状况良好,被确定为结球菊苣EMS诱变最佳处理条件。研究结果为结球菊苣突变体库构建及新品种选育提供参考依据。

EMS mutagenesis technology for leaf chicory

Abstract: In order to create new germplasm of leaf chicory, this article established an EMS mutagenesis technology system for leaf chicory. The results showed that at an EMS concentration of 0.8% and treatment for 6 h, the relative germination rate was close to the half lethal rate, and the induction effect was the best. The seed germination and growth conditions were good, and it was determined as the optimal treatment condition for EMS mutagenesis of leaf chicory. This study established an EMS mutagenesis technology system for leaf chicory, and the research results provide a reference for the construction of a leaf chicory mutant library and the breeding of new varieties.
