Suppression strategy for uncertain current disturbances in PMSM based on frequent adaptive active disturbance rejection controller

Abstract: Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has complex current disturbance during operation.These disturbances include not only the disturbance caused by external load,but also the disturbance caused by its own operating characteristics. In order to suppress these disturbances,a frequency adaptive active disturbance rejection controllr was proposed. Firstly,the mathematical model of PMSM under disturbance was analyzed,and the problems of traditional linear active disturbance rejection control (LADRC) were analyzed. Secondly,a frequency adaptive resonant controller was added to the extended state observer (ESO) of the traditional self LADRC. The traditional ESO was used to estimate the DC disturbance,and the frequency adaptive resonant controler was introduced to estimate the AC disturbance,so that the traditional LADRC can simultaneously suppress the uncertain periodic disturbance and aperiodic disturbance. This improved ESO estimates the uncertain frequency through the least square estimation,so it does not need the accurate information of disturbance.Finally,the simulation and experiments show that the controller using this method can efectively suppress the current ripple.
