A Rare Earth Double Coordination Fluorescence Probe for Copper Ion Detection

Abstract:Copper ion pollution willcause serious polution to the ecological environment and cause harm to the human body through food chain enrichment.To achieve rapid and accurate defection of copper ions,this study prepared a fluorescent probe B-Ce-GMP with high sensitivity and easy prepararion via a self-assembly method. Based on the mechanism of Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET),a highly sensitive fluorescence quenching detection of copper ions in HEPES bufer solution was achieved. The practicality of the fluorescent probe was also investigated.Research shows that Rhodamine B-Ce-GMP fluorescent probe has good selectivity and anti-interference ability.The minimum detection limit for copper ions in deionized water buffer solution is 2.74μmol⋅L-1
