Influence of Different Preservative Treatments on Flower-promoting and Preservation Efficiency of Phalaenopsis Cut Flowers

Abstract:Phalaenopsis Sogo Yukidian ⋅V3⋅ was taken as the experimental material in this study so as to investigate the best vase preservative combination for Phalaenopsis cut flowers.The cut flowers were harvested when the flowering rate reached 70% . An orthogonal experiment involved three factors and three levels was created with nano silver,sucrose,and 6-BA as the components of flower promoting preservative.The results show that most of the preservative combinations have obvious flower-promoting and preservation effects on Phalaenopsis cut flowers,and the order of effcts of the three compositions on the optimum viewing period and vase life of cut flowers is sucrose >6 -BA > nano silver. The best preservative combination is 20mg⋅L-1 nano silver +10g⋅L-1 sucrose +20mg⋅L-1 6 -BA.Compared with the control group,the best combination can make the average bloom diameter of newly opened buds increase by 1 cm,and the flowering rate increase by 18% . The optimum viewing period and vase life are also extended by 15.67d and 18.17d ,respectively. Furthermore,the preservative treatment can significantly postpone the pace at the fresh weight reduction of blossoming branches and preserve the water balance of cut flowers.

蝴蝶兰为兰科(Orchidaceae)蝴蝶兰属(Phalaenopsis)的多年生草本植物,其花型优美,花期极长,品种丰富,是重要的观赏植物,多作为盆花进行观赏[1]。(剩余11409字)
