【Abstract]ToinvestigatetheeffctsofplantgrowthregulatorsontheyieldandqualityofCameliaoleifera,thisstudyuses 'Huashuo'Camelliaoleiferaastheexperimentalmaterial.Bymeasuringthefruittrait indicesandoilcontentofCamellia oleiferaatdifferentdevelopmentalstages,weanalyzetheimpactofvaryingconcentrationsofanethyleneinhibitor(aminooxy aceticacid,AOAA)onfruitdevelopmentandoilaccumulation.Thefolowingconclusionsaredrawnthatatthefruit maturation stage,2 mmol/L AOAA treatment increases fresh seed weight by1.47 g compared to the control (CK,water treatment), during theoilaccumulationphase,diferentAOAAconcentrations influencesfreshfruit weight,freshseedweight,ndtrans versediameter,butshowsnosignificanteffectsonfruitweight,transverse/longitudinaldiameters,orpericarpthicknesat maturation,andthe8mmol/LAOAAtreatmentsignificantlyenhanceskerneloilcontentandoleicacidconcentrationby (204号 9.28% and 2.34% ,respectively,versusCK,without compromising fruit size or weight.This study providesatheoretical basis forimproving the yield of Camellia oleifera usingplant growth regulators.
