【Abstract]Duringusingadirect curent (DC)-excited Hallsensortomeasure thesmalldisplacement,it isnecessaryto confinethemicro-displacementwithinthelinearregionneartheinitialzero-pointvoltageofthesensortoachievehighmeasurementsensitivity.This requirement involves factors suchassensor zero-pointcalibrationand measurementcharacteristics,necesitatingin-depthanalsis.Toaddresstis,tepaperfistpresentstheprcipleofHallvoltagegenerationinthe sensor.Ten,byicorporatingthezero-pointcalibrationmethod,itthoroughlyanalyzes thedisplacementmeasurementchar acteristicsoftheDC-excitedHallsensor.Finalyexperimentalvalidationisconductedtoverifytheanalyticalresults. Throughtheprovidedtheoreticalanalysisandexperimentalresults,amorecomprehensiveunderstandingofthedisplacement measurementcharacteristicsofthis typeofsensorcanbeachieved.Additionally,thisstudyservesasavaluablereferencefor the practical application of such sensors.
