【Abstract]Thisdesignutilizes AltairInspire，alightweightdesignsoftware，toconductcomprehensiveoptimizationof the toyexcavator'sforearmthroughtopologyotimzation，geometriceconstruction，strengtherification，andutomaticing. Theoptimizedmodelisfurtherrefinedthroughmanualfitingandreconstructiontoachievethegoaloflightweightdesign.The resultsshowthatundertheconditionsofmeeting therequirementsofstrengthandminimumsafetyfactor，theweightreduction rate of the toy excavator arm reaches 65.55% ，effectively reducing manufacturing costs and energy consumption.This optimizationplanprovidesafeasible method for thelightweight design of toy excavator arms.
