【Abstract]Lienardequation isaspecial equationspeciallusedtostudy thedynamic propertiesofdifferentialsystems， whichplaysanimportantroleinvarious practicalproblemssuchasphysics，chemistryandbiology.GeneralizedLienardsystemisamoregeneralform.Thispaperappliesclassicalmethods fromthequalitative theoryofdiferentialequations toanalyzetheequilibriaofclassoffthordergeneralzedLienardsystemsunderdifrentparameerconditions，anditspecificallyexamines thepropertiesofequilibriaincertaindegeneratecasesandfinallprovides theexistenceandnumberoflocallimit cycles in the system.
