【Abstract】Aimingatprominentissuessuchasunclear priorityof disaster-afectedpointsanddelayedmaterialdeliveryto isolatedareasduringinitialdisasterreliefoperations,thisstudyconstructsanemergencymaterialdistributionmodelconsideringroaddisruptionsanddisaster-point priorities.Theentropy-weightedTOPSIS methodisadopted todeterminethepriori tylevelsofdisaster-affctedpoints,whilearuck-dronecollaborativedeliverymodeisimplemented.Withobjectivesofminimizing totaldeliverytime,overallcosts,ndsystemlosss duringrescueoperations,amulti-objectivedistributionoptimizationmodelforemergencysuplies isestablished.Animprovedadaptivelargeneighborhoodsearchalgorithmis proposedto solvethe modelUsingSolomon'spublicdatasetR1O9asacasestudy,themodel’sefectivenessisverifiedthroughcomparisons with scenarios ignoring road disruptions.
