【摘 要】目的：探讨医院感染护理管理实施PDCA循环法后的护理管理效果。方法：抽取我院在2020年1月至2021年1月院内收治的患者100例为研究对象，根据入院顺序分为两组，两组时间段所进行护理的患者数相同，对照组实施常规的护理措施，观察组实施PDCA护理管理，比较护理效果。结果：观察组患者的院内感染发生率低于对照组，标准预防依从性高于对照组，同时护理质量也高于对照组，组间的数据存在差异性（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of PDCA circulation method on nursing management of nosocomial infection.Methods： 100 patients in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the admission order.
