【Abstract】Objective：To examine the effects of maternal and infant bedside nursing on primary maternal self-care ability and nursing satisfaction.Methods：Sixty six cases of primiparas with in-hospital obstetric delivery from July 2020 to August 2021 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into a reference group and a study group with 33 cases in each group， traditional care was given after delivery in the reference group， while in the study group， maternal and child bedside care was given.
