【摘 要】目的：研究2型糖尿病青年患者管理中代谢病管理中心模式（MMC）的应用效果以及对患者病耻感的影响。方法：纳入患者为2型糖尿病青年患者，病例数102例，搜集时间在2020年6月—2020年10月，电脑分组n=51。对照组常规治疗和护理干预，观察组实施MMC管理，比较两组应用效果。结果：2型糖尿病病耻感评估量表（DSAS-2）评分显示，对照组对比治疗前与治疗2个月后，差异显著（P0.05）；治疗2个月后两组对比有显著差异（P
