【摘 要】目的：研究孕产妇通过社区护理干预对其围产期保健质量的影响。方法：于2016年5月至2021年1月自社区孕产妇中随机抽取100例，其中50例仅接受常规产前检查与相应护理者作为对照组，50例在此基础上增加社区护理者作为观察组，分析比较两组孕产妇保健知识知晓度、产前检查次数、围产期保健质量。结果：与对照组比较，观察组孕产妇保健知识总知晓度偏高，产前检查次数偏多，住院分娩率与产后健康检查率偏高，产后出血率、滞产率与产褥感染率均偏低（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of community nursing intervention on the quality of perinatal care of pregnant women.Methods：From May 2016 to January 2021，100 cases were randomly selected from community pregnant women. Among them，50 cases only received routine prenatal check-ups and corresponding caregivers as the control group.On this basis，50 cases who addedcommunity nursing as the observation group， to analyze and compare the knowledge of maternal health care，the number of prenatal examinations，and the quality of perinatal health care between the two groups.Results：Compared with the control group，the observation group had higher overall awareness rate of maternal health knowledge，more times of prenatal check-ups， higher rate of hospital delivery and postpartum health check-ups， and lower rate of postpartum hemorrhage，delayed delivery and puerperal infection， （P
