【Abstract】objective： To analyze the clinical effect of modified radical surgery in the treatment of early breast cancer. Methods： A total of 50 patients with early breast cancer who received surgical treatment in our department from January 2018 to August 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study， and divided into control group and observation group， with 25 patients in each group. 乳腺癌就是发生在乳腺上的癌变，早期乳腺癌患者的症状并不典型，一般都是在无意间触摸到一侧乳房有异常包块，这种包块感觉像小石子一样，没有移动，也没有疼痛，包块相对来说质地坚硬，表面凹凸不平，且边界不清；还有些患者可能会出现乳头萎缩，伴有血性分泌物，少部分患者的乳腺像派杰氏病，表现为患者乳头乳晕，反复妥协，溃烂伴有湿疹样改变。（剩余3467字）
