【摘 要】目的：分析透明质酸钠联合雌激素预防人工流产手术后子宫内膜炎症的临床效果。方法：选择2019年5月至2020年6月来我院接受人工流产手术治疗的80名患者，并将其平均分入对照组和观察组，对照组的患者采用常规雌激素治疗法，观察组患者采用透明质酸钠联合雌激素治疗的方法，并比较治疗的效果。结果：从表1可以看出，观察组患者在手术后罹患子宫内膜炎的概率为7.5%，要比对照组的22.5%低，而且在子宫内膜炎的症状评分中，观察组低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P

Clinical analysis of sodium hyaluronate combined with estrogen in preventing endometritis after induced abortion

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with estrogen in preventing endometrial inflammation after artificial abortion.Methods： 80 patients who underwent artificial abortion in our hospital from May 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group on average. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional estrogen therapy， and the patients in the observation group were treated with sodium hyaluronate combined with estrogen therapy， and the therapeutic effects were compared.
