海洋水产特色食品专业文献读写课程教学改革与探索

Abstract:As a core course in the food science and engineering major,the teaching reform of Food Science and Technology Literature Reading and Writing holds significant importance for cultivating innovative talents. Addressing current issues in undergraduate teaching, such as passive learning and insufficient capacity building,this study systematically constructs an adopts the outcome一oriented curriculum system based on the Outcome-Based Education (OBE)educational philosophy and aligned with the talent demands of the marine food industry. By introducing specialized modules focused on literature study and academic discussion in the marine and aquatic sector,driven by scientific questions,the curriculum emphasizes the cultivation of three core competencies in students: literature retrieval and critical evaluation skils integrating the characteristics of marine biological resources;academic integrity and scientific writing abilities tailored to the marine food discipline;metacognitive skills for autonomous learning and knowledge transfer capabilities. This course design not only meets the current needs of specialized learning but also lays a foundation for students' future scientific research innovation and career development.It holds significant practical value for talent cultivation in the marine food specialty.
