Abstract：This experiment focuses on the cultivation technology of sturgeon in flowing water in the mountainous areas of Fuping County. By constructing a scientific cultivation system， it covers precise site selection and farm construction，fine stocking management，strict daily control，and eficient tail water treatment. The experimental results show that this cultivation technology performs excellently in terms of yield， size， survival rate，and economic benefits，and can effectively control water quality to achieve ecological cultivation. This research provides a feasible technical path for sturgeon cultivation in mountainous areas，contributing to rural revitalization and industrial development.
