河北省海洋新质生产力高质量发展的法治路径研究

Abstract：Marine economy is an important engine of the modern economic system，which plays an important role in promoting Chinese path to modernization and achieving high一quality development. By analyzing the current situation of the development of marine new quality productivity in Hebei Province，this paper summarizes the problems of unreasonable industrial structure，insuficient innovation ability，uneven regional development，and legal risks in the development of marine new quality productivity in Hebei Province. Combining the theoretical basis of governing the sea according to law and the experience of domestic and foreign marine economic rule of law construction，this paper summarizes the legal path for the high一quality development of marine new quality productivity in Hebei Province，aiming to provide reference for the development of China's marine economy and the construction of a modern marine power.
