Abstract：Based on the fishery regulation practices in Rizhao City，this paper explores the implementation pathways and outcomes of inteligent technologies in fishing vessel inspection，it systematically analyzes existing shortcomings in current inspection methodologies regarding technical approaches， data integration，and oversight mechanisms.The study emphasizes the imperative of establishing a novel fishery regulatory framework through intelligent solutions such as the Internet of Things，big data analytics，and artificial inteligence. This paper workflow for vessel inspection and a data transmission framework are proposed，accompanied by specific improvement strategies，as evidenced by case analysis， intelligent inspection technologies demonstrate significant advantages in enhancing regulatory efficiency，mitigating operational risks，and ensuring maritime safety.
