Precision Governance of Adolescent Physical Health Based on Multimodal Data： Theoretical Logic， Analytical Framework， and Practical Pathways

Abstract：The precision - driven governance of adolescent physical fitness through multimodal data represents an imperative choice for implementing the Healthy China strategy and achieving modernised governance of adolescent physical health. Employing literature review and logical analysis methods， this study delves into the theoretical rationale， analytical framework，and practical pathways for precision -driven governance of adolescent physical fitness through multimodal data. The research concludes that governance subjects ， governance objects， and governance mechanisms constitute the essential elementsof precision - driven adolescent physical health governance through multimodal data. Based on theoretical and practical logic，an analytical framework comprising data platforms， technical support，and operational mechanisms is established. Addressing current bottlenecksincluding the urgent need to enhance data governance concepts， weak data technology application capabilities， incomplete data governance mechanisms，and a shortage of data governance talent—the study proposes ： technical safeguards to enhance digital health service infrastructure and scenario -based adaptations； institutional follow- through to refine the multi - modal data - driven governance system;and talent support through sustained practice pathways guided by health promotion data talent cultivation.
