Abstract:To address the practical dilemmas in Wushu education in primary and secondary schools under the guidance of core literacythis study is based on the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people. By adopting the methods of literature review and logical analysis,it systematically explores the optimization paths and implementation key points of Wushu education. Firstly,it clarifies that the core literacy of Wushu education includes three dimensions: Wushu cognition,which serves as the foundation for shaping correct values;Wushu sports ability,which is the comprehensive embodiment of key competencies;and Wushu morality, which is the core of cultivating essential character. The study finds that there are three main problems:in the aspect of Wushu cognition,there is an imbalance between physical practice and ideological guidance; in the cultivation of Wushu sports ability, there is a disconnect between routine practice and the essential combat nature of Wushu ;and in the shaping of Wushu morality, there is a separation between the imparting of skills and the infiltration of Wushu ethics. Based on these findings,the study proposes three strategies: constructing the teaching concept of attaching equal importance to both technique and Taoism (Shudao Bingzhong),implementing a training model that combines simplified routines with enhanced combat training, and establishing an educational mechanism that integrates technical teaching with moral cultivation. The study aims to enhance the quality of martial arts education in primary and secondary schools,providing actionable practical pathways for systematically cultivating students’ core martial arts literacy.
