Abstract: The process of modernization transformation, intangible cultural heritage faces a dual crisis of cultural ecosystem restructuring and value core dissolution. By comparing the fish lantern dances of Huizhou,Qingtian, and Shatoujiao, this study reveals the shaping of dance forms and inheritance mechanisms by regional cultural genes. Among them, Huizhou leverages its clan system to establish a "ritual preservation + experiential economy" model;Qingtian develops an "agricultural demonstration + cultural tourism integration" approach based on rice-fish coexistence; Shatoujiao leverages marine beliefs to explore an "ecological narrative + technological empowerment" strategy. Thus,a theoretical model is constructed based on differentiated survival strategies, cultural genes, environment pressure, and memetic mutation as the elements, with regional context serving as a moderating mediator to influence the environmental pressures and the direction of memetic mutation. The intangible cultural heritage transformation requires maintaining the stability of core cultural genes, achieving cultural regeneration through expressive gene variation, and constructing a differentiated survival ecosystem.
