Exploration of the Intrinsic Relationship between New Quality Productive Forces and New Quality Talents: Based on the Marxist Theory of Productive Forces

Abstract:New quality productive forces and new quality talents form a dialectical and unified relationship of mutual empowerment through a compound mechanism of "innovation element flow - scene value adaptation - ability spiral evolution". Among them,the new quality productive forces provide technical support and ecological foundation for talents,while the new quality talents feed back to the leap of productive forces through knowledge creation and organizational innovation. The new quality productive forces, with disruptive technology as the core engine,drive the evolution of talent ability structure towards a digital and intelligent composite, knowledge system iteration and ethical embedding to optimize the transmission path,promoting talents to break through the traditional skill framework and reconstruct the ability system. New quality talents, with innovative practice as the bond,reveal the logic of the collaborative evolution of talents and productive forces from three dimensions:the quality of laborers,the iteration of labor materials,and the transformation of labor objects.Under this symbiotic evolution framework,the key path for the independent cultivation of new quality talents in the new era is mainly reflected in leveraging the advantages of the new national system to optimize resource coordination and guarantee,integrating the "trinity" cycle support of education, science and technology,and talent,and deepening the integration of industry,academia, and research to jointly cultivate and stimulate the momentum of innovative practice.
