Power of New Quality Productive Forces: Double Dimensions and Coordinated Paths

Abstract: The intelligent transformation of workers，the digital upgrade of labor materials，the non-material expansion of labor objects，and the empowerment through technological innovation form the internal driving system for the development of new quality productive forces，fundamentally determining their direction. The leadership of technological revolutions，market-oriented reforms in factor allocation， and the improvement of institutional openness have created a favorable external driving environment for the development of new quality productive forces， fundamentally defining their boundaries.Based on the dual dimensions of mutual dependence and promotion between internal and external forces，the dual development momentum of new quality productive forces should be jointly harnessed through coordinated paths of deepening reforms in economic system and science and technology systems，and expanding high-level opening up to the outside world. This will further advance comprehensive deepening of reform and opening up，continuously promoting the process of Chinese-style modernization.
