Abstract：Waterconservancyconstructionnotonlypromotesconomicdevelopment，butalsohascertainimpactonthecological environment，soitiscessarytoseekagrenerandsustaabledevelopentpathUndertisackground，tispaperputsfordte optimizationofvaluerealizationmechanismandeficiencyevaluationmetodofaquaticecologicalproducts.Takingaresearchareaasan example，basedon1Ocases，thispaperestablishesanoptimizationtheoreticalmodelofeco-productvaluerealizationmechanismby groundedthordaisiaigestioatiodeablsdndtcai indexiscaleulatedbycombiningtheweights.Theresultsshowthatheevaluationindexshowsasteadyupwardtrendinfiveyears，from E（por）toB（excelent），hichindcatesthatthoptimizedvaluerealizatiomechanismofaquaticproductshasaevedposiivsults in the implementation process and improved the efficiency of value realization.
