Analysis of the Source Profile and Ozone Formation Potential of VOCs Emission from the Industrial Coating Industry in Hangzhou

Abstract:Inordertoobtainthelocalizedcompositionspectrumofvolatileorganiccompounds(VOCs)emisionsfromtheindustrial coatingindustryinHangzouandtoaalyetheharacteriticsofVOCscomponentsdthezonefmatonpotential(O)tyicallo calcoatingindustrynterpsswereslectedforooingndalysishoughmoitoringndalysis,twasfoundthatteay substancesemitedbyVOCsintheindustrialcoatinginustryerebenzeneserisompounds,etons,sters,ndalogenatedo pounds.Among them,ethyl acetate,acetone,toluene,dichloromethane,and m/p - xylene were the main components of VOCs inthe industrialoatingustrueactuigdsturalducatialosauftuingustral uctsindustryndeeralquipntanfacturgidustryaddiferentaiompoetsofVOsinthoatingprocesuoeifferentpropertiesofterawmaterialsused.AccordingtothecalculationofOFP,thequipmentmanufacturingidustryhadtheighest OPF,followed by the metal products industry,electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry.
