Effect of Jumping Excavation and Ectopic Restoration of Contaminated Site above Existing Subway Tunnel

Abstract:Basedonthepolutioncharacteristicsofcertainsiteandthesructuralconditionofthesubway,thepolutedsoilwasexcavatedbyjumpingthesilo.Theheavymetalpolutedsoilgeneratedbytheexcavationwassubjectedtoctopicrinsingrepair,andthe composite polluted soil(Fluoride + heavy metal +PHAs )was disposed of ina cement kiln.The results showed that the excavation of the jumpingchamberreducedtheimpactonthedeformationofthesubwaystructure,andthecumulativemaximumchangesinthesettement of the subway track bed and tunnel convergence were -2.8mm and -1.5mm ,respectively,both lower than the control value of ±5mm Theconcentrationsoffourheavymetalsinthesoilafterectopicrinsingrepairwithcitricacidhydroxylaminehydrochloridewere all lower than the remediation target values,with aremoval rate of approximately 63.5%~97.3% .After collaborative treatment in cementkilns,theleacingconcentrationsof3poltantsinthecinkerwereallowerthanteargetvalues,and8typesofsereot detected,with aremoval rateclose to 100% .The method of jumping excavation and ectopic repair has minimal disturbance to the subway structure,high treatment efficiency,and isrelatively economical.
