Abstract：Afectedbythenonlinearchangeofainfallcharacteristics，thepolutionofainstomrunoffinsummeraftercontiuous meteorologicaldougtangsspatiallndspatiallereore，tengndofistounoffplltioinsummeoi ous meteorological drought is proposed.This study used the R/S rescaling range algorithm to establish the time series of runoff pollution， calculatedthfractalcharacteristicindexndaplytheMK（MannKeada）nonparametricranktestalgoritmtoanalyeteoaldis tributionrelatioshipetweepolutantsandofftiesesetainfallasandomvable，teonditioalfunctionfpolltant concentrtionchangesisobtainedtojudgethetrendfpolutionchangesbasedonnomaldistributionconditions.Experimentshaveshown thatthereisaniveseelatiosiptwenrinfallunoffndltionagesinesorttftouht，utasiieoo tional relationship in the long term.
