Abstract:Afectedbythenonlinearchangeofainfallcharacteristics,thepolutionofainstomrunoffinsummeraftercontiuous meteorologicaldougtangsspatiallndspatiallereore,tengndofistounoffplltioinsummeoi ous meteorological drought is proposed.This study used the R/S rescaling range algorithm to establish the time series of runoff pollution, calculatedthfractalcharacteristicindexndaplytheMK(MannKeada)nonparametricranktestalgoritmtoanalyeteoaldis tributionrelatioshipetweepolutantsandofftiesesetainfallasandomvable,teonditioalfunctionfpolltant concentrtionchangesisobtainedtojudgethetrendfpolutionchangesbasedonnomaldistributionconditions.Experimentshaveshown thatthereisaniveseelatiosiptwenrinfallunoffndltionagesinesorttftouht,utasiieoo tional relationship in the long term.
