Research on Diffusion Mechanism and Dust Suppression Measures of Dust Pollution in Highway Construction Sites

Abstract:Since thecurrentmethodcannotefectivelysuppressdust,thedifusionmechanismanddustsuppressionmeasuresof highwayconstructionsiteustpolutionbasedonCFDarestudied.UsingCFDfluiddnamicstosimulatefluidflow,theprocessofdust difusionissmulatedbysetingtheboundaryconditionsofcontiuousphaseflowfieldtocalculateReyoldsnumberandjudgefluidflow stateThedusttrbulencemodeldscriptionquationasconstructedtobtainthedustpolltiondifusioncoefcientandeflcttedust particledifusionabilityiteairTeselingvelocityofustparticesialulated,tustpolutiolevelsedvidedcodigto thedustmass concentration,andthedustsuppressionmeasuresare taken.Theexperimentshows that whenthe truck speed is 40km/h (20 and 50km/h ,the maximum concentration of PM2.5 can be inhibited by 155μg/m3 and 260μg/m3 respectively,and the maximum concentration of PM10 can be inhibited by 90μg/m3 and 55μg/m3 respectively,all of which belong to mild pollution and can effectively deal with dust pollution.
