Abstract:Asakeycomponentofsugarreductionoptions,thesweteners haveconsiderableeconomicprospects.Fromtheperspec tiveoflifecesnttsiesfsaldotoodtyle thesustainabilitssessmentofswteerseerivativestouhteoeprocssofteproductionsuplyainofsweeersould besystematicallysortedoutThisprojectistohieethesustaiabledevelopmentofsweteners.Theproductioandthecultivatiof swetenerhaveetrusionectandocialinfuenconelatedidustris.Inditio,theartfalsweetenersaredificulttdgad, posingpotentialriskstohecologicalnvironmentandhumanealthTheLCAwascomparedandanalyzedforallkindsofetens andtheirindustries.hesudyexploredtecomprehensivefcencyvaluationandsustainablenalysispath,thnexpandedndle mented the linkage application of agricultural LCA and industrial LCA.
