Abstract：Asakeycomponentofsugarreductionoptions，thesweteners haveconsiderableeconomicprospects.Fromtheperspec tiveoflifecesnttsiesfsaldotoodtyle thesustainabilitssessmentofswteerseerivativestouhteoeprocssofteproductionsuplyainofsweeersould besystematicallysortedoutThisprojectistohieethesustaiabledevelopmentofsweteners.Theproductioandthecultivatiof swetenerhaveetrusionectandocialinfuenconelatedidustris.Inditio，theartfalsweetenersaredificulttdgad， posingpotentialriskstohecologicalnvironmentandhumanealthTheLCAwascomparedandanalyzedforallkindsofetens andtheirindustries.hesudyexploredtecomprehensivefcencyvaluationandsustainablenalysispath，thnexpandedndle mented the linkage application of agricultural LCA and industrial LCA.
