Abstract：BasedontheIPCC'srecentGuidelinesforNationalGreenhouseGasInventoriesandannualreportsfromkeysignatory countries，thisdabistfodsalseaedeIaulaseaad internallorprtreatedbeforedischargetocentraliedplantsProceseslikepretreatmentanaerobictreatment，andsudgenage ment generate CO2 ， CH4 ，and N2O .Emission intensitiesvary widely by industry，typically 13%～20% of domestic wastewater emissions，with CH4 accounting for 8%～11% ofglobal totals.Sludge，depending on properties，falls under waste or energy categories in IPCCguidlinesEmissosfrofialastewaterdshaendudgedispsalustalsobeccoutedfoCurtlynadsto developan emision accounting system for industrial wastewater and sludge to address existing gaps.
