Abstract:BasedontheIPCC'srecentGuidelinesforNationalGreenhouseGasInventoriesandannualreportsfromkeysignatory countries,thisdabistfodsalseaedeIaulaseaad internallorprtreatedbeforedischargetocentraliedplantsProceseslikepretreatmentanaerobictreatment,andsudgenage ment generate CO2 , CH4 ,and N2O .Emission intensitiesvary widely by industry,typically 13%~20% of domestic wastewater emissions,with CH4 accounting for 8%~11% ofglobal totals.Sludge,depending on properties,falls under waste or energy categories in IPCCguidlinesEmissosfrofialastewaterdshaendudgedispsalustalsobeccoutedfoCurtlynadsto developan emision accounting system for industrial wastewater and sludge to address existing gaps.
