肠造口病人护理依赖的研究进展

Abstract The concept，assessment tools，current situation，influencing factors and intervention strategies of care dependency in patients with enterostomy were reviewed.It is pointed out that excessive care dependency psychology and behavior often lead to inadequate self‐ management ability of patients with enterostomy，and improving the degree of care dependency is of great significance to improve the self‐ efficacy of patients with enterostomy. In the future， the population of patients with enterostomy should be expanded in the field of care dependency research， and specific assessment tools for care dependency of patients with enterostomy should be developed to construct intervention programs.

摘要 对肠造口病人护理依赖的概念、评估工具、现状、影响因素和干预策略进行综述，指出过度的护理依赖心理与行为往往会造成肠造口病人自我管理能力不足，改善护理依赖程度对提高肠造口病人的自我效能意义重大，未来在护理依赖研究领域应扩大肠造口病人人群，研制特异性肠造口病人护理依赖评估工具，构建干预方案。（剩余15423字）
