基于福格行为模型的甲状腺癌手术病人重返工作多维干预方案的构建

Abstract Objective:To construct a multidimensional return‐to‐work intervention program for thyroid cancer patients,so as to provide reference for promoting patients′ return-to-work and reintegration into society.Methods:With the guidance of the Fogg behavior model, the initial draft of the intervention program was developed through theoretical analysis,literature research,clinical investigation,and group discussion.The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of consultation with 19 experts in related fields to seek advice for revising, and the final multidimensional return‐to‐work intervention program for thyroid cancer patients was formed.Results:The recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation were all 100% ;the expert authority coefficients were all 0.879;and Kendall′s harmony coefficients were 0.198 and 0.172, respectively(both P<0.001 ). The final multidimensional return ‐ to ‐ work intervention program for thyroid cancer patients was formed,including 4 primary items,10 secondary items,and 32 tertiary items.Conclusions:The multidimensional return‐to‐ work intervention program for thyroid cancer patients is scientific and reliable, and it could provide reference for social rehabilitation nursing for thyroid cancer patients returning to work after surgery.
