家庭护士食疗理论在超重/肥胖膝骨关节炎病人中的实证研究

Abstract Objective:Based on the family nurse dietary therapy theroy to explore the effects of two kinds of family nurse diet schemes in overweight/obese knee osteoarthritis patients′ joint pain and joint function, body composition, inflammation, oxidative stress and glycolipid metabolism level improvement. Methods: A total of 72 patients with overweight/obese knee osteoarthritis who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were recruited for the study.They were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group of 36 patients each,with 34 patients in the intervention group and 33 in the control group eventually completing the trial.The control group was given the family nurse diet scheme.The intervention group was given the family nurse diet optimized scheme.Improvements in knee pain and joint function, body composition, inflammation, oxidative stress and glycolipid metabolism levels were observed in both groups after 42 days of intervention.Results:After the intervention,knee VAS pain score,WOMAC score,body composition indexes were improved in both groups,and the intervention group was better than the control group( P<0.05) .Compared to that before the intervention,the levels of triacylglycerol, fasting insulin, insulin resistance index, ultrasensitive C ‐ reactive protein, and malondialdehyde reduced, the level of superoxide dismutase increased in both groups (P<0.05) .During the intervention, dietary adherence was better in the intervention group than that in the control group . Conclusions: Both dietary schemes were effective in overweight/obese knee osteoarthritis. And the family nurse dietary therapy optimized scheme was superior to the family nurse diet scheme in improving joint pain, joint function and body composition.
