老年脑卒中住院病人跌倒警觉度现状及影响因素

Abstract Objective： To study the status quo and influencing factors of fall awareness in hospitalized elderly patients with stroke. Methods：From June 2023 to December 2023，totally 511 hospitalized elderly patients with stroke from three tertiary grade A hospitals in Tangshan city， Hebei province were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method. General Data Questionnaire， the Self-Awareness of Falls in Elderly Scale， Geriatric Anxiety Inventory， Perceived Social Support From Family Scale and Mini ‐ Mental State Examination Scale were used to investigate. Results： The score of fall awareness in hospitalized elderly patients with stroke were （55.88±11.25） .Regression analysis results showed that education level，stroke incidence times，number of complicated chronic diseases， sedentary habits， cognitive impairment， anxiety， fear of falling and family support were the influencing factors of fall awareness in hospitalized elderly patients with stroke（all P<0.05 ）.Conclusions：The fall awareness of hospitalized elderly patients with stroke was at a high level. Nursing staff should conduct personalized health education and safety guidance based on the level of fall awareness and influencing factors to reduce the incidence of fall during hospitalization.
