Abstract:Thisstudy trackedtheevolutionof grain-sectorgreneficiencyinJiangsu Province(20oo—2023)undercarboneision constraints.Ugedeldalddialspaisspeeuri andappliedatwowayfixed-efectsmodeltoidentifykeydrivinfctors.TheresultsshowedthatgrentotalfactorproductivityGin Jiangsurosesteadilyfrom0.99in2oto1.34in2023.CentralJiangsuperforedbestwithanaverageof1.19.NorthernJiangsuiproved from1.02to1.34butshowedhighvolatitySoutherJiangsu,toughachievingapeaktechnologicalprogressof162eined constraindbyfciecyithaveagetecicaefiecyofoly.86Grainldctedssigificatpositiediale hadannvertdUadftncatingnoialoderatesiandoagriculturalexpasiosuppressdgnefeyse findingssgesthatpolicysouldfusoaningtenicalefecydefingoptalfarmsalethresolds,facilitigubual factormobilitystragtiongtsofogluralss,dplemeiggipeiiclanddet achieve synergies between grain security and low-carbon goal.
