Abstract:Duetotewidespreaduseofatibioticsinlivestockandpoultryfarming,theprobleofbacterialresistanceinteagicural environmenthasbenexacerbatedInparticular,themisuseofrganicfertilizerresourcefulnesshasaggravatedthecontaminationof antibioticresistancegenes(ARGs)infamlandsilsBeyondtedirectintroductionofabundantARGscardbyrganicfertliinto thefarmlandenviroent,farlandmusisalsoegardedasacriticalfactorifluencingtecolonzatioandproliferatiooflAs. However,asystematicunderstandingoftepromotingorinbitingeectsndmchanismsofhumusonARGsdisseminationinfaland systemsiscurrntlylacking.Herein,wereviewedthepositiveandnegativeregulatoryrolesofhumusinARGsdissminationwithin farmlandystesdcoltediueingcrssuchsticcalpropetiofsoildsdompofil microbiome.WefurtherclarifedthepathwaysandkeymechanismsbywhichhumusregulatesARGscolonizationanddifusionthrough adsorption,communitysaping,anddiatingelectronrasfer.Moreover,wproposeonstructingelectrohemicaldeviestodeply investigatethemicrobialcommunityfectsofhumusinterventionoizosphereresistancechanges,todfinethefedbackmediatedby plant-microbecoegulation,andtherebytodevelopcriticaltchologiesforefectivelycurbingthespreadofbacterialresistancein farmland.
