Effects of Bio-organic Fertilizer Containing Bacillus mucilaginosus on‘Feicheng Peach’ Growth

Abstract: In order to promote the healthy development of the peach industry in Feicheng cityandexplore the impact of bio-organic fertilizer containing Bacillus mucilaginosus onthe quality,yield and soil properties of‘Feicheng peaches’,some experiments were conducted to investigate the efects of replacement chemical fertilizer with diffrent proportionsof bio-organic fertilizers(B.mucilaginosus).The resultsofthe two-year experiment showed that the basis of B .mucilaginosus bio-organic fertilizer replaced compound fertilizer with 100% could reduce the incidence of brown rot by 64.56% and the disease index of brown rot in peach trees by 79.74% compared with the control group. In the second year, this treatment increased the yield by 11.02% , single fruit weight by 18.36% , soluble solids content by 6.45% ,vitamin C content by 17.79% ,and total soluble sugar content by 21.59% ,while significantly improving soil quality.Basal application of B ,mucilaginosus bio-organic fertilizer at a ratio of 60% to replace the compound fertilizer could reduce fertilizer los,which could promote the popularization and application of B ,mucilaginosus bio-organic fertilizer.
